Thank you for supporting The Aesthetic Gorilla.
Because our fitness programs are delivered digitally and many of our physical products are produced specifically after an order is placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except where required by applicable law or where an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, quantities, and your shipping address before completing your purchase.
DIGITAL FITNESS PROGRAMS AND DOWNLOADS
All purchases of downloadable fitness programs, training guides, templates, spreadsheets, and other digital products are final.
Once a digital order has been completed or access to the product has been provided, it cannot be returned. We do not issue refunds or exchanges for:
Accidental purchases
Change of mind
Failure to use or complete a program
Dissatisfaction with the format or content
Purchasing the wrong program
Device, software, or compatibility issues outside our control
If you purchased a digital product but did not receive your download or are unable to access it, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to verify your purchase and restore access to the product.
APPAREL AND PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
All apparel, accessories, phone cases, stickers, flags, blankets, and other physical products are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds because of:
Ordering the wrong size
Selecting the wrong color or product
Change of mind
Fit or style preferences
Minor variations in color, placement, or appearance
Shipping delays outside our reasonable control
Failure to review the product description or sizing information
Customers are responsible for reviewing all available size charts and product information before placing an order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Although we do not accept returns, we want to correct legitimate order problems.
Please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery if your physical order:
Arrives damaged
Has a manufacturing or printing defect
Is materially different from the product ordered
Contains the wrong item, size, or color due to a fulfillment error
Is missing an item shown on the order confirmation
Your message must include:
Your full name
Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs showing the entire item and the specific defect or error
A photograph of the shipping label or packaging when relevant
Do not mail an item back unless we provide written instructions authorizing a return.
After reviewing the claim, The Aesthetic Gorilla may, at its discretion and as permitted by applicable law, provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution. Submitting a claim does not guarantee that it will be approved.
Damage caused by normal wear, improper care, misuse, washing, alterations, or use contrary to the product instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.
LOST OR MISSING SHIPMENTS
If an order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer, refused shipments, or packages that cannot be delivered because of an incomplete address.
If tracking information shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building management, and the shipping carrier. We will review reported delivery issues individually but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders may enter production shortly after they are submitted. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after purchase.
Once fulfillment or digital delivery has begun, the order cannot be canceled, changed, exchanged, or refunded.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your order. We will attempt to help when possible, but no change or cancellation is guaranteed.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
Packages returned to us without prior written authorization may be refused and will not qualify for a refund, exchange, replacement, or store credit.
The customer may also be responsible for any additional shipping, handling, storage, or redelivery charges associated with an unauthorized return.
PROMOTIONAL AND SALE ITEMS
Sale items, discounted products, promotional purchases, gift-card purchases, and products purchased with a discount code remain final sale unless otherwise stated in writing.
CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.
Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or attempts to retain merchandise or digital products without payment may be contested using order records, delivery confirmations, digital access records, and communications related to the transaction.
RIGHTS UNDER APPLICABLE LAW
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection law.
Where applicable law requires a different remedy, timeframe, or procedure, the applicable law will control.
